Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Stick or Twist - Mid March trip

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
So 4 of us are looking to go skiing mid March (w/e of 17/18th). There are a few decent places around fitting our requirements for catered accommodation, flights etc at around the £650 price. This is the 2nd trip of the season so we are cost conscious.

We've picked this week as it seems the are little or no school holidays across Europe so hoping for cheaper prices and quieter slopes.

My thoughts are there will be some deals to be had closer to £500. We're open to where we go as long as there is decent snow, enough runs to keep us happy and a bit to enjoy on an evening.

So anyone else got thoughts on if we should hang fire and trust my instinct or jump now and not risk it?

@lottster, I’ve seen a couple of decent options on their site but in the high side of what we’re willing to pay. Sounds like a call once we hit March may be the way to go

Yes, they were flexible on price on the phone.
We have booked lastminute before and waited until the week before - paid £400 each for flights, transfers and catered chalet in St anton.
There are always deals out of school holidays if you aren't stuck on going to specific resorts.
