Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hoping to head to courchevel 1850 for fireworks tomorrow. Could not figure out if one could reserve a parking spot. How bad would it be to get a spot in one of the underground spot if we get to courchevel around 17.30?
If it’s horrible, is there a different strategy? Park below town and shuttle up? We are staying in meribel, so it seems relying totally on public transport is too much trouble.
Thanks!

Normally the Courcheval set get their chauffeurs or bodyguards to keep the engine running or just drive around till they come out of the restaurant.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Why not park in Le Praz and get the bus up ?

Ask the Tourist Office?
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

I don't think you can reserve a spot. if you get there early enough you should be able to get parking. Be aware buses can also get busy when an event is on so if you get a bus also go early.

FYI, got there around 5.30pm, there were 19 spots left in la croissinete, zero an hour later. Fee was only 8 euro for 4 hrs, and way more convenient than shuttle that late in evening.
Btw, The firework display was spectacular if any one is in area for next few weeks.
