Hi guys
Just after a quick bit of info please, need lessons for my sister for saturday - tuesday 10th - 13th feb. My airbnb person was meant to be organising it but she said id have to book on the day. just wondering if you think this will be possible, as my sister will need lessons right from the off which is saturday morning.
Any recommendations or info greatly appreciated

thanks - ive tried that previous and the issue is its only showing from monday 12th and our first day skiing is saturday. thanks though

I guess private is available 7 days a week, it will be groups that are usually Mon-Fri.
Contact the school directly to check.

do you know the website for the ski school? cant seem to find them through the arinsal website, even sent a few emails to the hire shops

What I could gather so far is that instructors are extremely busy this weekend. Many of the English instructors have Saturdays off, but not this weekend.
She might simply have to rock up and book some tuition on the morning. When is she arriving?

Difficult to say. I'm expecting chaos and long queues at the Spain-Andorra border, though.

Let's see. I'm on the AndBus tonight from Barcelona that gets there around the time you mentioned. (Maybe we're on the same bus).
Two weeks ago on the same bus we had a 14km queue before the border.

Back on track, does much of Spain get a public holiday for carnival then? We certainly don't in Catalonia  . Tis true that there were plenty of people about in Baqueira today...but that's also because it's the first day with visibility since a week and a half ago, and the bad weather returns tonight! Hope things pan out better for you in Andorra, weather-wise

In Arinsal group lessons are either Saturday & Sunday (3 hours per day), or starting Monday for either 3, 4 or 5 days.
Lessons from a Tuesday would need to be private lessons (www.arinsal.co.uk/ski-school-enquiry/)
