Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Best place for lift passes on-line?

I'm going to Megeve on March 1st and want to buy the lift passes now and have them delivered to my hotel. I've looked on-line but there seems to be so many different sites and places offering the service that I'm totally confused.

Has anyone got any suggestions as to a reliable company that I could use?

Jack,
Isn't it a bit risky doing it that way ? Can understand it for things like Skis and / or boots but for the lift pass just popping into the office and getting it there and then in resort surely must be the safer option ? Also will you be offered things like Carte Neige online Puzzled

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I think it is a bit risky but I'd like to get on the slopes in the afternoon when I arrive. I will probably end up buying them there as there doesn't seem to be a safe way of ensuring that they will be at your hotel when you arrive.

P*sser though you would think someone would offer this service. I would pay an extra five quid to not have to mess around when I get somewhere. Times that by a load of people in a resort every week and you've got a nice little business.

It probably isn't too late to use the form on the resort website here.

Megeve uses electronic cards, so I wouldn't worry too much about them going missing.

They do seem to be missing a trick. Tignes lets you book everything online, you just upload a JPEG photo for the pass.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.
