Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Livigno - Which Snowboard School?

 Poster: A snowHead

I'm going to Livigno in a few weeks and I would like to do group lessons but I don't know which school to go with.

The travel agent I am going offers lessons with http://www.skischoolivigno.com/en/ which is right beside my accommodation but there is conflicting information from the start times to the amount of lessons you get then when you look at the website the photos are only of kids, the reviews are only from parents so I'm wondering do they offer adult lessons.

I was personally thinking of going with http://www.madnessnow.com but they are in the other side of the resort from where I am staying but I'd be willing to get a bus if they are a good school.

Anyone got any recommendations?

We had a week of morning lessons with Madness, and thought they were pretty good; though that was in 2011 I think, so not very recent experience.

As for the bus across the resort, the chances are you'll be on a bus most days, switching from one side of the valley to the other with the sunshine and as conditions change. It's not even that bad a walk in snowboard boots from one side to the other anyway.

On myashbash we used livigno ski school (skiing), but they have lots of different meeting places from what I could tell. Ours was a small one, and I don't remember seeing any group snowboard lessons there that week. But I guess it all depends on demand.

Ended up going with Madness. I found them very good and I had small class of only 4 people we did a lot of off piste, tricks, small bit of park and explored most of the resort with them.
