Hi all,
I'm just recharging my family PDS lift passes and part of the process, to gain a family discounted pass, is to provide 'civil status proof', where you are required to upload an unspecified file. Anyone know what is required? Are they looking for a scan of the passports? The FAQ section on the pass website offers no clues.

This is France, presumably? It's not something you'd have if you don't live in France - they have family books. You could try your marriage certificate? Or telephone them - you can't be their first non-French customer!!

Hi Pam,
Yes its France - LG/Morzine/Avoriaz. I've not seen this in previous years - I've been reloading the same cards since 2014. Its asking for this file upload for each of us - 2 adults and 3 children. I can only assume its passport related.

Yes passport scans, with the same surname. If you don't all have the same surname they may come back to you for more info.
