Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

@zikomo, as someone pointed out on the other thread, it seems that the website looks live but you can’t actually complete a booking.

I don't think the original has enough specificity which is why I put this one up.

@zikomo, I suggest that suggesting they are trading illegally could attract attention from a lawyer. If you scroll down the front page they are open about their status so there is not much of a moral argument either. But I suppose that not many people have booked this week.

They've probably got more pressing matters than trawling forums (fora?) for laughable litigation prospects

@chocksaway, I don't at all get the basis (or the point for that matter) of your comment that my statement "could attract attention from a lawyer". Was it meant as some sort of put-down or are you genuinely trying to be helpful? Either way I assure you it is entirely baseless. Clearly you do not have much knowledge of the law. And I am trying to be genuinely helpful - psuedo/amateur views on the law help no-one.

I certainly didn't mean it as a put down, libel law is clearly a mine field and whilst I only have a basic knowledge of the law (and not of trading laws or libel in Ireland where this company is registered) making comments like that has attracted moderation on this site very occasionally and more regularly on others that I use. Perhaps some people are over sensitive these days. (NB The company have posted on this site)
