Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Rather a specific question, many apologies, but I’m hoping someone in the snowheads community may have stayed here and could answer a few questions.

I gather the residence comprises a number of buildings, some of which are much more convenient than others for access and Ski in/Ski out. From some apartments you can apparently ski from the balcony. Others apparently are up 4 elevators, via miles of corridor and 400+m from any snow while having a view of the bins. Ok, so I exaggerate, but since you can request (though not guarantee) a particular situation. I’d absolutely love to hear from anyone who has stayed and understands the layout of the place!!

Thanks all

@swoafs, not sure what you want to know. It's all there on tripadvisor and if you can't guarantee where you are then you either have to ride with it or book elsewhere.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Sorry if I’ve offended @Layne; I didn’t think it was an unreasonable question.

If anyone had stayed there, could they explain the layout to me. Trip Advisor does indeed have lots of reviews commenting on the poor layout, and one or two commenting, for example, that “Celestine” block is a long way from reception. All I really want is a layout plan, but I can’t seem to find one.

It’s slightly unkind to point out that I don’t need to book if I don’t like it.

Can anyone else help please?

It sounds like you were the one who was offended and I wasn't try to be unkind.

Good luck with your request.
