Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Son no3 broke his board on Sunday 5th March this year.
On Monday the 6th I ordered this from them:
Snowboard Rossignol Trick Stick Taille : 151cm 94,90€ ( free delivery )
We got it on Thursday 9th ( with bindings ), waxed and edged.
He was back in the park on Saturday 11th, and he loves it.

I see they do not have used boards this year, but the service / price / product was excellent.

I also heard that Ardent Sports ( 2 shops in Montriond and Ardent) were not getting in any hire snowboards this season.

Anyone know anything about this trend?

Isn't this an offshoot of the rental company?

So all ex-rental stock - which always makes me wary...

We were also a little dubious at first, but as stated above, we are stoked with the board.
It's been thrashed, scraped and generally abused round the parks, woods, drop-offs and gulleys of the PdS for 15 days since he got it, and it is still going strong.
No doubt it'll get further abused this weekend up in Verbier, but for a teenager who just wants to jump, jib and grind over stuff, then for the money you'd be hard pushed to do better.
You can return stuff within 3 weeks, so if you don't like the look of it (dodgy edge repair, topsheet delamination etc..) just send 'em back.
70 quid for a set of rock-hoppers seems pretty reasonable though.
