Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

2018 New Season - New Ski- Help!

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I live in British Columbia of Canada and frequently ski at the whistler ski resort. I am looking for one ski that can do anything from skiing on the groomers to skiing on powder, probably 40% powder and 60% groomers. I am 185 pounds and 6'2, I prefer skis that are not too surfy, which means a bit more control.
I searched the web for the best all mountain skis and this is what I have found :

Line Sick Day 105
Nordica Enforcer 100
Sky 7 HD
K2 Pinnacle 105

If anyone can give me suggestions it would be really appreciated!
Thanks

Not been on any of them, but heard a lot of goodness about the Enforcers!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Welcome @goofdunk, to the addiction of snowHead s.

Personally, I think going over 100mm begins to compromise piste/hard snow performance.

I’d add in Völkl Mantra or Blizzard Bonafide.

Surely you can spend a few days testing what’s available?

I'd add Katie FX 95HP

Totally biased as I have a pair, skied them last year on piste and they were fab, had them off the side and coped really well. Not sure how they would perform in the really deep stuff as I'd not taken them in but they're as close to a 1 ski quiver as I've found.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

For Whistler

Cochise
Kastle BMX105HP
Maybe Dynastar Cham 107 or whatever they call it now

Whitedot R108 if you can get them over there.

+ Blizzard Rustler 10 or 11, Nordica Enforcer Pro, Moment Belafonte, and Fischer Ranger 108 Ti.

Dynastar have gone back to using Legend rather than Cham now. The X106 would be the one to look at. Definitely more steam train than surf board, but very good (with fresh legs).
