Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Dalbello Aspect 90

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi,

I just purchased a pair of Dalbello Aspect 90 online. I found them on sale for $ 230, hope to receive them in time for this weekend Smile
It's my first pair of Dalbello: every review, advice or personal experience from current of former owners is very welcome.

As for me, I'm an advanced skier but I rarely go - once or twice per winter; and I never race.

Thanks and happy skiing!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Nice looking boots.

I'm sure they'll be great as long as they're a good fit.

I have a pair of Dalbello Panterra 100 (with custom footbed) and love them.

The Aspect 90 are designed for "advanced and aspiring intermediate skiers" whereas the Panterra 100 are deigned for "advanced to expert" skiers. The inner is mouldable (it looks like the same one as I have) so I would take them to your nearest retailer and have them moulded.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

They fit like a glove, which I'm particularly happy of since it's the very first time I buy ski boots on the internet.

However my question was not about the fit but more in general about the boot quality/performances per se.
I had already read that this model targets "advanced and aspiring intermediate skiers" *before* purchasing it.
Probably "advanced to expert" would have been a more accurate description of me as a skier but, as I said, I never race and I'm already in my mid-40s so I thought extra comfort was better than extra bucks for little extra performance.

Thanks.
