Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ski Hire Precision Ski Courchevel 1650)

Hopefully this is the correct place for writing this.
I'm stressing a little about ski hire. Mid January, I put in a reservation online for ski hire - all details given to the website proforma, payment card sorted. I took a screenshot of the payment screen, but I have had nothing emailed through to me at all. I'm leaving on Saturday (18th) and I've telephoned them to ask, but between my poor French and the guy's poor English, nothing was resolved. I've messaged them twice (on their proforma on the website) and I've sent an email with my screenshot attached, but still no response. Has anyone had dealings with this company?
Many thanks.

Not had dealings with them myself I'm afraid, but between most French websites being frustratingly un-user friendly and my own poor language skills, I have had similar concerns with other hire shops in the past.

Best advice, print everything you think you'll need and try and get to the shop as early as you can the day before your lift pass starts to miss the Sunday morning rush.

Generally I've found most hire shops to be really helpful providing you have the receipt and they aren't swamped. Going when there isn't a queue means you'll probably get better fitting boots too.
