Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Getting up the mountain
Get in The Whistler Gondola queue by 8.50 to beat the ski school, or take the chairs up, or take the gondola up to Blackcomb

Up the mountain

Ski testing, for $20 you can test skis for up to 2 hours per pair, the test shop is a cabin at the top of Blackcomb and Whistler by the Peak to Peak

At the weekend we skied Saturday around Crystal and it seemed quieter, runs to our selfs.

Loved the queuing, so polite and organised

Main lunch was at either the Round house, Rendezvous or Glacier Creek, very good choice and decent food

Waffles at the Crystal hut, peak time is 11ish, get there early for breakfast , they are big.

Eating in town

Caramba, good Pizza and atmosphere
The Keg, good steak that won't break the bank
Bar Oso, can't book, we got there for 7.30pm and waited 10 minutes, they txt you
Elements Tapas, can't book but walked in at 7.05 to 7.15 and got a table, 20 min later no room.
Crepe Montagne, went there for dinner and breakfast, can't book but didn't have to wait
Brew house, buzzy and half decent food
Rim rock cafe, break the bank, but good
Blacks pub, for breakfast very close to the lifts
Mount Currie Coffee, decent coffee and an egg, bacon and cheese muffin
For the weekend we only used restaurants that you could book

Bars
Dublin Gate, as the name says an Irish bar decent service and by the lifts
Brickwork, pleasant place for a beer
Happy hour deals, food and drink deals, http://www.whistlerbites.ca/happy-hour/
Merlins in Blackcomb, lively après

Ski shops
Fanatyk Co Ski & Cycle, if you are thinking of buying skis, check their prices, they were a lot cheaper than Can-Ski and great service

On Saturday we did the runs of Crystal Ridge Express got there early and had breakfast at the Glacier Creek Lodge for 9am, if its cold then they may be a bit crunchy, 7th Heaven is good but check on when it was last open as it can get crowded , we did Symphony and the runs off it also harmony ridge. to be honest the days we skied with the SCGB i lost track of what we did, there was lots including the Backcomb Glacier.
