Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

St Anton Snowboard Lessons

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi Guys,

im going on holiday with 4 of my friends in two weeks to St Anton, CANT WAIT!
anyway, me and another guy can snowboard fairly well, and we are going to try and teach the other three ourselves, but want to book two lessons for them on the Monday or Tuesday. We dont want to use the St Anton Ski School as i think they only do week long lesson blocks. Does anyone know of any shops that will do just maybe one or two lessons in the morning, and what the names of these places are??

Can i also get some feedback from you guys - Helmets and snowboarding, i have just got myself one.. anyone think this is a good idea? who else here wears one??

Thanks

Daniel

There's a shop called Snowboarders Paradise you might try. Can't remember the manager's name though.

Also, if you go into the Jennewein hire shop opposite the Galzigbahn cablecar there are two guys Mario (thin beard, piercings) and Simon (tall and skinny) in the snowboard hire section upstairs. Simon is a local (ie born in St Anton I believe). He may be a good guy to ask.

There are two schools, Arlberg and St Anton. I'd be surprised if you couldn't get private lessons.

Helmets - wouldn't do without mine.
