Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Lyon St Exupery Airport Parking Question

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi all,
We are driving/ferry from Ireland to Les Deux Alpes leaving Thursday, On Saturday we are picking up the sister in law and her partner at Lyon St Exupery, they land around 1400.

I have had a look at the airports web site and can see car parks, but cannot work out if there is a quick set down and pick up one for each terminal. So does anyone know if there is please.

We are driving on the Saturday from near Paris down the A6 and are planning to shop about 15 miles from the airport, so we can wait for the phone call and then drive to pick them up, just need to know re above and also costs if possible.
Many thanks
Tim B

@Timbobaggins,

Yes there is, they are separate but I think terminal 1 & 3 is the same car park and 2 is separate, or maybe vice versa Laughing . They are clearly signed but are sometimes fairly chaotic. You take a ticket but you get, I think 20 mins, free. They are right in front of the exit doors so no big trolley push. Quite easy to go out and round the block again when your time runs out Toofy Grin

Just 10 minutes. There is an information place just before the main roundabout at the airport where people usually park until they get the phone call!

Last couple of times it was someone picking me up so perhaps I should have hurried up as I did think it was 20 minutes Embarassed

 You'll need to Register first of course.

If you look on Google Maps, there's a car park called "Dépose Minute Terminal 1" which suggests it's a quick "drop off / collect" type one
