It does look like an east coast resort or even an asian resort given the deciduous characteristic of the trees. However in the picture it is just burned pines and a few aspen trees I think. So @thelem is right, it is the U.S but is not the east coast. Someone was very close actually.

Then i can only guess on something close to Park City ... probably not right, but only other place i have seen those pines:-) so Maybe the resort right behind park city? (Can’t Remember the name).

If it's very close to June Mt the answer would be Mammoth but doesn't look very Mammothy - maybe chair 25 looking across Sunshine Glades?
Alternatively the wildcard other closest would be Badger Pass in Yosemite but not sure it's that vert or has chairs that big.
