@suec, if you've logged in, you should see a load of options along the top, one of which is "Upload Photos".
In the middle of the next page, click one of the "Choose file" buttons, give it a title, and if you like, some keywords and a description, and click Upload/submit.

No idea myself but if thats a Tricolore airbag maybe that is a clue? Clearly red white and maybe blue... but maybe green? Salomon Scrambler skis make it about 10 or so years old, max?
