Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi
We are returning to Chatel for half term this year, but I'd like to try and book a ski school for my wife that meet near Super Chatel, last year we booked BASS, but they cancelled when we arrived in resort. We managed to get her on a course with ESI - who were excellent, but she found having to get the bus back from Pre la Joux to Chatel town after a tiring session a bit of a drag, especially as our apartment is right opposite the Super Chatel lift. I've been trying to research if there is a ski school that meets near Super Chatel, but haven't had much success yet. Would appreciate any ideas.

I am fairly certain ESF meet at Super Chatel. Their office is very close to your apartment.

Ok thanks Ozboy, we did wander into the ESF office when we were let down by BASS last year, but they didn't seem very helpful, perhaps booking on line will be "easier".

It probably depends at what time of the day you get there - it's the same with most ski school offices.

I've just been through the booking process on their website and it seems very straight forward, and we can specify a Super Chatel meet point.
