Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ski touring in Norway, Finnmark

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hello everyone, I had the chance to go for a week (end of April) together with some friends, ski touring in Finnmark, in the north east of Norway. I have had an amazing experience, from far the best ski touring trip I have ever done in the past!! Fabulous ski, breathtaking views, local atmosphere, far from the crowd and the discovery of new 'polar' activities like dog sledding. An article and some nice pictures have been published about the skiers who went there this year. If you are interested about ski touring in Norway, I strongly recommend you to read it and fly there next spring Very Happy Here is the article - https://www.explore-share.com/blog/finnmark-ski-trip-lifetime/. Feel free to ask me if you have any question ! I'll be happy to tell you my experience there. All the best !

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Nice - pity to have been born way back in last millinnium. Sad

I like you wear life vests going over the fjords. Not much help I guess.

Will sit in my rocking chair and enjoy your blog. Madeye-Smiley
