Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi,

has anybody any good recommendations for child care in France. Our children are 3 & 5, we have booked flights to geneva mid march and was planning to go to Flaine (could go further afield if some good options).

In house creche at Terrases de helios, never used it but I see it closes over lunch. ESF all day club from 3 which includes a couple of short ski sessions for beginners but it has always looked a bit brutal to me. Communal ski school for the morning session should work for 3 and 5 , just read all the good tips elsewhere about snacks etc. The resort crèche workers do babysitting on days off as well so you might find some occasional child minding that way , other wise Flaine is not especially well served in that regard for what is generally otherwise a very family friendly resort.

@jasoncarey, if you fancy the Grand Massif but are not fixed on Flaine, you may want to look at Les Carroz. There is an excellent nursery in town, and everyone that I have spoken to says that it is very good. I believe it has flexible hours, so you can decide what works for you.
