i've just been asking about les Sybelles as i'd never come accross it before... comments were it's low and south facing so can suffer from low snow and leting snow etc... would always suggest going as high as possbile near end of march.... once did Val Thorens at easter and it was even slushy at the top there !! but it was cheap

Just skied both in the last couple of days. My vote would be for St Francois... Les Sybelles is ok, for sure it's a big area, however the links are not good and you tend to spend lots of time on lifts rather than skiing. The snow at the moment is good, as long as temperatures don't go mad I'm sure both areas will have good posted skiing.

I'd check Longchamp/Valmorel very carefully that late: is it even still open? They're low and will be very prone to slush/ice that late.
The Les Sybelles is a big ski region and only certain villages in it are south facing.
St Sorlin is prob more reliable snow wise than Longchamp for sure and that late I'd go high as poss. Le Corbier is at around 1600m as is La Toussuire and St Sorlin D'Arves.
The old faves are probably more reliable - La Plagne, Les Arcs, Val D'Isere, Tignes, VT and the Three Valleys, unless you can book a few days before.
The recent dumps will mean there is snow everywhere but in what nick you can't say without a crystal ball or a good long range weather forecast and they are not that exact yet.
