Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Cheapest Italian Transfers 03.04.16

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi All,

A combination of extreme lack of finance (Original plan drive to Chamrousse gives an idea of budget level),

Not being allowed my usual Solo week, Not being allowed to hire a car either to or in the Alps

And only being free 1 week from 03.04.16 means I am scrabbling around looking for the cheapest way I can get me and 3 girls (Youngest 6 all pre-teen) out and skiing this year.

The cheapest flights all seem to go to Italy but I'm struggling to find cheap transfers, One company actually stop their shared shuttle the week before this.

Has anyone got any suggestions or experience for cheap Italian transfers? Saw train could be an option for some.

I've not used it myself, but this is a good price to get to Monterosa:

@oldmike, try looking at car hire, we paid just over £20 pd for a focus at half term from Milan, included snow chains, and boy did we need them rolling eyes worked out reasonable for 3 of us, 4 will possibly be even better value.

Hi thank you,

J2r will have a browse of that,

Geoffknight very reasonable but unfortunately the powers that be would undoubtedly hear that I had hired a car.

(PS I'm not a bad driver and will do all the driving in Ireland, France and Florida on family holidays this year) Happy
