Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi Y'all
Last trip of the season beckons and it's to Pas, with the O/H's work social club. As she'll be doing ski school, I'd like to do a couple of hours private tuition on Tuesday morning (8th March) as I'm going to be skiing solo for a lot of the trip, I want some drills and technique pointers to work on.
I figured Tuesday would be the best day, as I can spend Monday 'blowing the cobwebs out', then go into a lesson, nicely loosened.
If anyone has any recommendations for an instructor I'd love to hear them.
Thanks in advance!
L

I'm there with a group the following week so I'd be interested if you fined someone you could recommend.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Don't believe everything you read in the papers and especially the Daily Mail. I was there last year in March and it was fairly laid back...
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

There was a Scottish guy called Stuart who did some great lessons for me back in 2008 but I believe he worked for the Soldeu ski school rather than Pas

I had fantastic lessons with a local called Yann, can't recommend him enough. AFAIK all the lessons are through Grandvalira's own ski school.
