Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

WE 5-6th March- Ski biddies Scotland

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hello: Looking for a buddy to ski in Scotland weekend 5-6th March 2016

I'm at a conference in Glasgow this week- so this Friday- if weather OK I'll head up to ski in Scotland- I have my eye on Nevis or Glencoe. Nothing booked yet.

I have my alpine/slackcountry skis (and skins) as well as telemark gear, transceiver, shovel and probe packed.

Haven't skied in Scotland since about 1977. Reasonable on and off piste on alpine skis, reasonable on piste on telemark skis- cope off. Would really like a buddy to ski with- looking to ski the Back Corries and if it is open Flypaper. I usually telemark but have brought alpine gear as both of these look a bit steep!

If any kind hearted soul wants to meet up please PM me. The recent pictures on the Scotland snow reports thread are fantastic......

@ed123, You may wish to change your heading - biddies is a slightly derogatory term up here for persons of the fair sex - as in "that auld biddy."

You might be aware that this Saturday is World Telemark Day and although Im not able to make it, the Scottish Telemark Club are planning a visit to Glenshee - Sunday definitely, and I suspect some will be there Saturday also!

Search for their Public Group on Facebook and you'll find all details (if you're struggling, PM me and Ill put you in touch with them)

Have a great weekend. Teleho!!!
