Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Snow boarding excursions for under 18's

Can anyone tell me if such a thing exists: organised ski/snowboarding trips for under 18's from England? My son will be 17 next year and I would love to send him on a group excursion with people his own age (we are on a ski/snowboard holiday at the moment but obviously the generation gap can be a challenge. I like to ski at a sedate speed but he wants to go for it! (he has been snowboarding for 4 seasons now)

I haven't used them I hasten to add but they come up a lot on here. If you search you will probably find some informative threads. If you want to know more start a thread with UCPA in the title and I am sure people will answer.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

If he's a snowboarder he'll prob be better off on a riding camp somewhere. I did the Kommunity camp when I was around 18 and got to ride with Neil Mcnab (pro freeride), Steve Bailey (at the time Britain's best rider) and Hamish Mcnight (the current Olympic snowboarding coach). Don't know who the best camps are nowadays but get him to research it to find what he'd like to do...I paid for it myself but if mum and dad were paying I'd have loads of ideas I'd like to do!

Although UCPA seem plenty geared up for snowboarding also.
