Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Italian Airbnb - Great expereince so far

Just wanted to to say I am having a great expereince for an AIRBNB booking.

I am having a DIY holiday in italy. Flights to Milan, hire car then booked an AIRBNB appartment.
I am so impressed with the lady who owns the property. The place does not come with a DVD player and I have not rented a (magnetic) ski rack for my hire car. I asked her and she said I can pick up both when I collect the keys. Great. Well done Carla in Milan !

Also, rental cars in Milan from Firefly comes with snow chains/ snow sock by default. Perhaps legislation change ?

I did much the same - flights to Milan, car hire and airbnb in Cervinia. Worked a treat.
We had to hire chains (Avis) and were glad we did as we used them both on arrival and departure.
