So, it is now officially under 24 hours until the great day. That huge digital clock on top of Ski Club HQ is now just counting down hours and no longer showing days. I can scarcely believe that we'll all be celebrating NSSD in just 23hrs 35mins. There's no way I'll be able to sleep tonight, or tomorrow night and probably not the night after as well. I'm just off to do a last minute grocery shop at my 24 hour Tesco just in case there's a run on stuff. Bring it on, bring it on.

Incidentally, anyone using a horse-tow today is qualified to enter Grand National Ski and Snowboard Day. A few jumps are involved.
I'll try and illustrate this shortly.

Now that the hysteria of NSSD has finally died down and life can return to normal (although it can never really be the same again), did anyone actually partake in any of the offers/events available on the great day itself? (by the way, it was last Saturday)
Obviously the "prize every 15 mins" on the SCGB website was somewhat snookered by the fact the site was down but, hey, a mere detail.
