Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Les Carroz - luggage storage

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi all,

Excited to be heading to Les Carroz for a week later this month - doing it DIY (but with flights and transfers) from Saturday to Saturday. Our flight back to the UK isn't until 8.30pm so we're hoping to ski for nearly a full day on the final Saturday before getting picked up.

The question is - is there anywhere to store luggage in Les Carroz during the day? Alternatively, what do you think the likelihood is that our accommodation (self catering - Odalys Sunotel) would let us leave bags with them during the day?

Thanks Smile

There is a luggage storage facility in the main Les Carroz square (Place de l'Ambiance) directly across the road from the Tourist Office (which is in turn directly opposite the Odalys Sunotel). Unlikely that Sunotel would look after luggage but worth Emailing them to ask.

Hi all,

Similar to the first post from 2016, we are travelling on an early flight to Geneva for a few days skiing in Les Carroz in late January. No access to our apartment until 1630 and hope to ski the afternoon we arrive.

Is the luggage storage facility mentioned above still open?

Thanks

Luggage facility is available but storage is now in the Tourist Office. The staff at the desk speak very good English and they charge 2E per bag. See their website for opening hours but usually open from 9 am til 7pm.
