Poster: A snowHead

I've just had a letter from Direct Travel about my annual multi-trip policy. They are no longer offering travel insurance products, so the policy won't be renewed and I need to get cover elsewhere.
Good job there's a thread about replacements.
Anyone with a current policy, just a heads up so you can look around for a replacement.

@geepee, thanks, although I don't use them for my annual cover, I often use them for sons on single trips.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

@Hells Bells, Yes, I've just been on there and so they do, however, if you go through all the quote process, they offer only quotes from other providers. I guess they are just acting as brokers now.

@geepee, ah OK, I didn't get that far. They weren't the best when we claimed for Julian's accident, brilliant at the emergency assistance part in France but not so good at the claims process for the other stuff. However they eventually saw sense, and they were the best at the time for insuring the injury afterwards.
