Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

hibernia, From Sion airport ... 17 kms and about 20 mins. Flights very sporadic ( Sat and Sun only?? for ex-UK charter). Swiss serve from Zurich.

Best alternative way is train to Sion ( from GVA airport about 1 hr 50 mins and post bus or taxi to resort )...

eEvans,Just picked up on your resort thread. My wife has just a very enjoyable month of March 2006 in HN ( I drove our by car for a week and returned 2 weeks later to bring her home - She's retired but I am not!!) It is worth mentioning the new 4 man chairlift from Siviez up to Combatzeline plus the new 8 person gondola up from Veysonnaz. These are a big improvements. I have emailed Telenendaz and they said that they hoped to have more of the section from Tracouet to Siviez "snow canonned" for 2007. Interested to hear that you are buying in HN. I understand from our own letting agent Tour St. Martin that HN is getting very popular with the Brits. I have been coming to HN now for 20 years and really love the place. Our daughter did a BASI course here 3 years ago and similarly she really enjoys the ski-ing here - all the benefits of the Verbier area at 2/3 rds the price, but don't tell everybody please!!useful links
