Thanks for the great feedback. its been a while since anyone posted here, but pleased to still be getting new readers.
The world has turned rather woke since SWD1 was written , judging by recent Amazon reviews, so id appreciate u putting yours on Amazon too.
And yes, it better for me if u order from my website. www.skiingwithdemons.com - in case u hadn't guested.
Hope SWD2 doesn't disappoint - tricky 2nd album and all that.
I personally regard SWD3 as my masterpiece  , yet few get that far.

@MaxiD, Yes, never got round to setting up a shopping basket - so you do need to place two separate orders.
Make a note in the paypal "notes" if you want the book(s) signing to someone-other than the purchase's name.
