They are infuriating ...
I really wonder how many people are really persuaded to get the PPI refunded,
compensation for the accident they may have had in the past 5 years,
A better deal on their telecoms from a company in India
or today we had
Someone from "Microsoft" ring to tell us "that there was something amiss with our computer"
and we should immediately go to their website so they could twiddle in its underpants.

Fantastic, well done. I even get English speaking spam calls in Switzerland. There was a great programme on Channel 4 last Monday about it all. Its about time we all fought back as quite honestly TPS is pretty ineffectual.

yeah hopeless. I only ever give out mobile number on forms etc. I used to get a fair amount of calls but they got less and less all the time because I've been adding them to the block caller list on the phone. Now I get virtually none. I think you can do same with some landline providers. Haven't heard from the mother in law for a while now I think of it.
