Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

ESF online booking

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hello snowheads, has any one any experience of the online booking system for the ESF, have tried to book online for Combloux for my 12 and 11 year old for feb half term. But cannot seem to be able to, although they have revamped their website recently to take into account English language, I cannot add any courses to the basket. I have also tried this process (for test purposes) for both Megeve and meribel ESF, but to no avail.
is there a usual opening date for the website?, being a reasonably small resort I am worried about missing out on spaces for the busy half term.
cheers

I think most places are still "resting" following the summer - the offices are probably not manned yet. Your concern to book early makes sense - why not try a phone call? Otherwise, just keep trying the website - if it's not working yet nobody else will be able to book either.

@pam w, thanks will send an email to their office but in the mean time will keep an eye open for the website to be operational.

@DaiSki, cheers have looked at les gets myself seems they are operational but others are not, it would not have hurt them to put a date when you can start booking, same as lift pass website they are the same as well, have been informed you cannot book general lift passes until November. unfortunately I am an impatient git and expect to be able to book everything online straight away!!!!!
