Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Flights

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Afternoon,

I am in the process of booking next seasons ski trip which will be the first with the toddler! The place I am looking at has a change over day on a Sunday and has asked if we can get to Geneva before 14:30 for the transfer.

I have had a look a flights and it seems that there is not much choice to Geneva from the Midlands on a Sunday.

Any ideas why? I am guessing it because the flights have not been released yet as it only July?

Any info would be great.

Thanks

Ben

What dates are you looking for flights? Easyjet has released flights up to 20th March for example...

 Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@Benjamint, expedia and skyscanner include easyjet in their searches. There may not be many options from the Midlands on a Sunday - e.g. Easyjet do a Glasgow-Geneva service in winter, but only on Saturdays...

@Benjamint, where are you based?

If it's easy to the M1, there are multiple flights a day from Luton to GVA, at least 3 of which will get you to GVA before 14.30, at least there have been for the last few years, and are for our flights over Xmas and NY, we drive out later in the season though so can't help specifically with Easter, and by booking early i've always managed to get at least 10 days in the long stay car park for under £60.

Makes more sense now we live in MK, but it used to offer better flights out than EMA so we used to fly from there when we lived in Loughborough too.

 Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

As an alternative you could fly out on the Sat. and have an evening in Geneva. As a ball-park you can get one of the budget/mid-range chain hotels close to the airport, usually with free shuttle for around £60.
