Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Going to la Foret with SkiOlympic with two 60+ friends. Wives don't ski etc. We don't want to cram into a triple room and SkiO have restricted their policy to prevent single sharing bookings. Hmmm and I'm a loyal long term customer. Pah! Anyone want to make it four? We're competent skiers but take it fairly easy. Very sociable, enjoy a good conversation over dinner and a few in the bar afterwards. BTW La Foret has its own bar....

@mrpiano, have Ski Olympic stopped doing single sex shares altogether? I've done that a few times over the years with them and it's always worked well.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Yes, I've skied with them for over 10 years and always been able to book a single place willing to share. Until last year. In late 2014 I tried to book and was told their policy had changed to allowing only one single share outstanding in their bookings at any one time, across all resorts, leaving it to the customer to keep trying until they got the one slot. Mysteriously, when I tried their online booking system a week later, it let me book a single share as I wanted! Confusing, eh? This year I've I only tried online and there seems to be no option other than to pay the supplement.
