I'm arriving into Geneva late on Sat 28th Jan, I just need somewhere with a double bed and a shower to crash in, get up Sunday and go skiing!
Any recommendations, clean with a breakfast are the 2 basic requirements!

gregh, The obvious is the Holiday Inn Express which is frequently cheaper than you might expect , as a crash out it works well - probably no more than £40 ( and ducking in case 5 times that !)

Hotel Formula 1 is about the cheapest at 65chf for 3 people sharing. Very basic.

Will you have a car? There's an Etap in Annemasse which is cheap and cheerful...also a Kariad there which is equally good but very strange! It's a series of hexagonal pod like rooms with a plastic pod shower/loo thingy inserted!

need to bump this up, looking for rooms for next March, Holiday Inn Express is showing NO AVAILABILITY and Ibis doesn't appear to have rooms that sleep 2 adults and 2 kids...
Formule 1 has rooms, but says only sleeps 3 people.....
Won't have a car...

It's too far out for them to show availability I would expect - unless the motorshow is on. The nearest hotels on the French side are at Ferney Voltaire. There is a F1 etc there and there is a bus from the airport. St Genis has a Holiday Inn but it is not brilliant and a pretty good Kyriad and Premiere Classe which are not bad. There is a Kyriad Express at the airport. How are you moving about with no car?
If you were on yer own I would let you kip at my place  .

We are getting picked up on Sunday to transfer to resort, but the flights were so much cheaper coming out on the Saturday....
Do any of those have websites? Kyriad Express didn't come up with anything!
