Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Advice - Flights from Scotland to Geneva/Lyon/Chambery

Hi All, anyone got any idea if Easyjet (or other airlines) fly from Scotland to the alp airports in April? At the moment I can only see flights up till the end of February. Not sure if that's all they do, or if they will release later dates further on. Thanks,

Easyjet fly EDI/GVA all through the summer so its likely that they will fly the route next Easter, i.e. its not just a seasonal route like e.g. Southend/Geneva.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@trmacc, they probably will, but those flights won't be released until July-ish. You'll need to check your planned return dates, have return flights

Great, thanks. Just looked at Jet2 whose flights are up already, but looking at close to £1000 for the four of us, before skis etc. Will wait and see what easyjet has to offer in july.

it's not to everyones taste but I'm quite happy to use connecting flights as long as same airline/group. flew with Lufthansa this year, not saying they will get you to france, and the fact that skis were free and connections not too long made a difference for me.. oh and booze was free

EZY do something like 3 flights on a Saturday from EDI but it is likely that will reduce significantly in April as the 'summer' timetable starts on the last weekend in March. Have a look at what they are doing at the moment and that will give you a good indication of what to expect next year. Jet2 do EDI-Chambery throughout the winter. EZY also do a EDI-Grenonble although I think that ends with the winter timetable.

@trmacc, we're flying GVA-EDi via Amsterdam next week. I have done it in the opposite direction once. Schiphol's a pretty easy transfer airport.

So if you're just off somewhere snowy come back and post a snow report of your own and we'll all love you very much
