Hello all
I got back yesterday afternoon after very good journey. I did beep the horn at a muppet while waiting to board train and have a word with another muppet who whacked our car with her door at the pet office car park. The most traumatising thing about yesterday was seeing (English adult) person arrive for breakfast at the hotel in a onesie (?sp)
OH is en route from Geneva now - coming into Shoreham Airport so it's going to be a little aircraft  Confirmed he is going to Brighton via A&E.
Good to see you on Sunday Pamski and thank you to you all for your support. I am still very unhappy about insurance but much stronger position to deal with it from home. I am off to work for the afternoon and will hopefully rendezvous with the patient this evening.[/b]

@igLou, all you want from the insurers is to deal with the problem and get your hubby home with as little stress as possible for you. It shouldn't be too much to ask especially when there is serious injury involved. Hope all has gone well with the transfer home and that the UK insurance team are more helpful.

Just wanted to thank you all again - OH is home and doing well. Insurance claim underway. The woman who has dealt with it over the last week has been much better than the muppets who I spoke to in the early days. So, it's time to start exploring rehab, back protectors (hopefully will be skiing next season) and change of insurance

@igLou, glad to hear. When it's all resolved perhaps you be able to name the insurance company. Check the policy for physio cover...
