Please help me a little if you can fellow snowheads... I'm trying to get a new Patagonia Powder Bowl Freeride jacket, size small, in the colour they call Willow Herb Green; this is a shell in fact, no insulation at all, and is dis-continued by Patagonia. I've had a pretty good look around the interweb, but no luck yet... Anyone got any ideas/suggestions?
Many thanks! AG.

Patagonia Powder Bowl Jacket Men- Willow Herb Green
Patagonia make the Powder Bowl Jacket for the season-long chase of the perfect ride, wherever and whenever you might find it. Patagonia's most versatile hard shell for going anywhere in any condition, the Powder Bowl features a 2-layer polyester GORE-TEX® fabric for durably waterproof/breathable and windproof protection. A DWR (durable water repellent) finish increases wet-weather performance by sloughing saturated snow and icy rain. The torso lining uses a brushed polyester mesh to wick moisture; slick mesh in the arms glides more smoothly over underlayers; pit zips release heat on long posthole climbs. The removable, 2-way-adjustable, helmet-compatible hood has a laminated visor for optimal visibility. Other details include coated, watertight Slim Zips; cord lock adjustments at the hood and hem; a fully featured powder skirt (with webbing loop that attaches to any Patagonia® snow pants); an embedded RECCO® avalanche rescue reflector; and a progressive, highly articulated fit for dynamic motion. Pockets: two handwarmers, one chest with a secure media pocket and cable routing, one pass on the left forearm and two interior pockets (one drop in, one zippered stash).

Thank you albob and StJ, I got one! Turns out that the one at Telemark-Pyrenees (their last in stock - right size & colour), is not the insulated version but the shell - exactly what I'm wanting! And it will be winging its way to me very soon! Actually had a good phone chat with the key guy there, very helpful and knowledgeable. Good luck in finding your cobalt blue one albob, I'll keep an eye out for you. Thanks again guys, cheers!

I just bought the Marmot Freerider shell jacket in Orange Haze from same source, absolutely love it, it is a stunning jacket, great features and looks like quality build. I'm a big fan of the Marmot stuff now. Same story though, not able to use it til next season, gutted!

I wore mine in Canada this year. Two weeks of daily use and it felt great. It breathed much better than previous (non shell) jackets. No issues at all.

Mmm, that Marmot jacket is clearly a great bit of kit... enjoy it! My Patagonia equivalent should be on its way to me now

It is good. I do also have a Patagonia jacket, it's about 6 years old now and still going strong apart from a bit of an incident with a pointy tree branch, great quality and very durable. The only other jacket I have is an Analog jacket, which has a huge AG on the front (about 14" tall). Maybe they're your initials?
