Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Chamonix 25-30 March Long weekend Solo

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Heading out to Chamonix next Wednesday (25/03) returning the following Monday (30/03) for a few more days before the long, hot, sultry summer. It would be great to meet up with any other snowheads in the area for a few runs/beers/food. I'm staying in a studio close to the centre of town.

Send me PM when you get into town. There are a few of us in Cham whom you can hook up with. What kind of skiing do you do?

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Will do - pretty much anywhere. Planning to spend quite a bit of time at GM (assuming best conditions there higher up). I love to potter about off the pistes (if snow decent enough), moguls and picking my way down craggy bits Happy

Are you all heading into town for apres? Where do you tend to go if so? I'll be staying in a studio apparently right by the bottom of the Brevent lift (or thereabouts).

I'm not really into the après thing – prefer to be fresh for skiing the next day. The rest of the folk tend to drink at the Jekyll or one of the bars in Cham Sud. All within walking distance of the Brévènt lift.
