Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Which double ski bag?

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I've narrowed down the choices, heaviest to lightest, to:

LINE Roller http://www.s2as.com/line-roller-ski-bag-2015-camo-195cm.html - 3.9kg
Dakine Fall Line Double 190cm http://www.sailandski.co.uk/acatalog/Dakine-Fall-Line-Double-Ski-Bag-2015---black-26167.html - 3.6kg
Dakine Padded Double 190cm http://www.sailandski.co.uk/acatalog/Dakine-Padded-Double-Ski-Bag-2015---glacier-26170.html - 1.5kg
Atomic ATM Double 185cm http://www.sailandski.co.uk/acatalog/Atomic-AMT-Double-Ski-Bag-2015---heather-grey-26127.html - 0.8kg

If anyone has any opinions on these bags from experience - looking to carry 2 pairs of skis (174cm, 187cm) + ski clothing, t-shirts, etc + 1 pair ski boots/helmet (although i could take a separate ski boot bag if needed)
Trying to fit in EasyJet 20kg limit... which I've done before with just 1 pair of skis, although I am starting to think that will be impossible when taking 2 pairs of skis so then I may as well go for the roller bags as will have to pay for hold luggage weight anyway... any thoughts.

I bought a snokart 185cm double roller for this season. It weighs in 3kg and will fit 2 skis with bindings, pair of boots and a load of other stuff ... but this lot totalled at ~23kg. So far, it's only had three round trips but the robustness and build quality seem to be holding up.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I've had the Dakine Fall-line double roller in 190 for around five or six years now. In that time it's done a Whole season in Switzerland during which I had to switch resorts every few weeks with lugging it between various trains and buses.
Since then it's down at least three trips a season with similar heave treatment. It's only just started to split a seam which I'll re-stitch easy (well, my other half will) The bag still looks great and performs perfectly. I'd say it's as near to bomb-proof as you can buy.

I regularly travel with two pairs (either 190 and 189 or 189 and 175)
I've got quiver killers which makes taking the big boys lighter as I only need one pair of bindings but the bag will still come in at under 23kg with a little savvy packing. This is however without boots most of the time, they go in the backpack. Although I've had it up to 32kg and the very nice man at Swiss check in smiled and waved me through.

No experience of the others but if and when my fall-line dies I'll buy another........,, unless someone invents a hover-bag. Come on, this is the year of back to the future two after all.

No brainer - go for the rollers. I haven't got them and am very envious when lugging mine about next to someone wit rollers.

Thanks for that info - I have gone for the Dakine Fall Line double
My 2 pairs of skis + poles = 12.5kg
Ski Boots = 5kg
Helmet/Goggles = 1kg
Avi Kit = 1kg
Dakine double roller bag = 3.6kg

So that's 23kg already just there.

+ ski clothes, tshirts, etc, toiletries, = few more kgs
So prob 26-28kg

Hand luggage will be taken up with laptop, camera, adapters, etc.
