Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Advanced skier, male, mid-thirties, looking to join a group for intermediate/advanced skiing any week in march. Don't mind skiing longer days with shorter lunches or vice versa. Ideally looking to go somewhere in france but am open to other options, thanks

Hi, I'm in a similar position.. not sure I'd call myself an advanced skier though.

Need to get one last week in this season (been twice already..), but due to workload, the only way I can wangle it is to take the laptop and do work in the evenings etc. Would like to go to one of the big areas (which I suppose means France), and I'm looking at a week in March, preferably the week starting the 7th.

Like me, you're probably reeling at the price of solo packages.. I'd be looking to fly from Bristol, where are you based?

I'm 29, a male intermediate skier looking for a week away on those dates. I'm happy to go pretty much anywhere but the dates cannot be changed. I don't have a budget as such but would prefer to keep the costs down wherever possible.

We are a varied group going to the Kronplatz area 14 - 21 March. Join us if you wish. We have our flights booked but are leaving booking self catered accommodation for another week approx. Currently 8 of us. 2 other probables which is why we are leaving the accommodation for a few days longer.
Age range of our group is from 5 yrs old to 58 yrs old. Basically piste skiers.
Budget: flights to Munich return with Lufthansa £130 - £200 depending on flight times; travel to Dolomites around £60-£70; Accommodation £150 - £200; lift pass £175 approx;

I've ended up doing a DIY job for 8 days in Banff, Canada.. worked out not that much more than the best prices I was getting for a solo package deal in a decent ski area in Europe..

I've got a lot of cheap accommodation in the past and this season from these chaps http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/

Best deals are, if you don't mind quiet or next to zero nightlife, apartments in the villages that are fed by one main list to the ski area, such as this one: http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/accommodation/p8081815?src=Ma&icid=IL_map_BR_T_link_proppage_map_SERP
