Poster: A snowHead

Hi,
Am planning a family holiday for February half term 2016 and desperatly need some help!
Youngest member of group will be 1 year so a swimming pool for entertainment is required.
The skiers of the group range from 8 years to 40, skiing blues to challenging reds.
And the grandparents want some prepared walking tracks, and would love a sledging/tobaganning run.
Think for our group a hotel, half board option would be best,
And as a luxury a ski in/out hotel would be great.
Don't mind what country, as long as it fits the above requests and is affordable!!
Hope someone is able to recommended some resorts for me, thank you.

Ellmau. Links to ski welt. Kaiserbad leisure centre. Can be done as a DIY trip or through several tour operators. Fly or drive

@Countess, I can recommend several 4* plus hotels that are ski in/ski out in the Sportwelt Amadé which offer all of the things you require. The area is very well set-up for all ages and types; skiers, boarders, walkers. And most of them are less than an hour's drive via motorway from Salzburg Airport.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

If the grandparents aren't skiers you really don't want to be at a purpose built high altitude resort. Go for a charming town that also has skiing. La Clusaz fits your list above quite well. The pool there is fantastic and is both indoor and outdoor.
