Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Child free ski chalet

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
We have decided to leave the kids at home this year and for the first time ever, enjoy some skiing with maybe a bit more luxury and definitely without other people's kids!

Any recommendations for good quality chalets in 3v which are likely to be child unfriendly! Also ideally ski in / out, hot tub and not too expensive.

We are properly middle aged so don't want a chalet full of shot Downing 19 year oldsnow boarders, just not with someone else's kids!

Thank you!

@Renside, you want to be guaranteed no children and no drunken 20-somethings, do not want to spend much money, plus you want ski in/out and a hot tub. Laughing

That sounds more like a hotel, really (and not a cheap one), than a catered chalet. Maybe in Austria or the Dolomites? Does it have to be 3V?

Need to research all possible school holidays, obviously, and avoid them all.

Bonne chance....

Just back from Neilson's CHalert Reberty, ticks most of your boxes

Les menuires
Ski-in / ski-out (just behind La Ferme on the Boyes blue piste)
Hot tub (and sauna)
Not too expensive
Chalet staff (James & Guy, with Simon popping round) were great, really looked after us and the food was excellent
No kids unless your group books the whole chalet.

Not a luxury chalet, but certainly comfortable comapred to some shoebox apartments I've used in France before now

A Google search for "adults only ski chalet" brings up quite a few options including Mark Warner, VIP Ski etc. of operators who keep their accommodation child-free. You are more likely to avoid drunken young people if you increase your budget and stay away from party towns.

@alex99, although not all young people are drunken idiots, and not all those old enough to know better do...
