Can anyone recommend who to use for transsfers from Innsbruck please?
Also ski hire in the village with ability to leave items in a ski locker rather than lugging back to trhe chalet any recommendations?

Thanks

....but it does depend where in the St Anton you are staying and which lifts you are most likely to use.
E.g. if you plan on skiing Rendl side most days then leaving skis at the hire shop at Galzig may not be the best option. Likewise if you are based in Nasserein area of St Anton you might use the Nassereinbahn as the first lift in the morning, so no point in using the hire shop at Galzig.

Used Alber Sport for ski hire for two successive years in St Anton. They have lockers for rent and the shop is as close to the Galzigbahn as you can get. The lockers are in the lower ground floor area, which you can access from street level on one side of the shop and then hop on an escalator up to the ski depot to collect your skis.

The train is great. Very reliable and comfortable and stops right in the middle of St Anton. But, as @Kelskii, says, if there are lots of you a private bus is probably cheaper (especially as you've left it too late to book the cheap train tickets in advance).

I used Gangl Transfers for our group last easter to nearby Ischgl, they were very good and reasonably priced.

Ski West are good value for ski rental and they'll store for you without charge if say please! They are located on Alte Arlbergstrasse close to the Galzig roundabout. I've used them for several years for top end ski hire. They have a web site.

Don't be that bothered about comparing prices, you'll notice that the helpful shop owners have helpfully matched their rates across all the shops so it's location and quality of kit which drives the decision
Note: it's really quite expensive compared to other places you might have been to...

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.
