Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

 Poster: A snowHead

Hi, anyone got any advice for parking a minibus in Belle Plagne (Ford Transit), driving out from Scotland and just wondering where on earth we are going to park as I think our apartment parking has height restriction. Any advice much appreciated.

There's road side parking around In bellecote so once you have pass you could drop the van down there and take the bubble up. Iirc it runs later than the average lift

trmacc, Have a look at this pdf of the official parking map. From memory there is outside parking in BP but I think its limited and chargeable. If you don't need the van whilst there you could leave it in any of the free outside parks and get the lift back as Bertie says.

it is very limited and very high and cold and night. My battery was almost flat after a week. Probably best to drop off and park for free down in Bellecote ( Gondalo runs late between the two resorts.

There is outside parking in BP, most of it lower down in the village, costs about €50 for the week, or park in Bellecote as others have said and get the bubble back. The biggest pain is getting your stuff to the accomodation, we took a Disco with roof box there a few years ago and were staying in the Balcons, complete PITA to get the gear to and from, ended up walking through the garage, its a long way with 4 bags, 3 boot bags, 3 ski bags etc etc Sad (Kids were toddlers at time, so no help from anyone else)

Hi, thanks for that, we're staying in Les Balcons too, really looking forward to it. Will have lots of small children with us (7) so bracing ourselves for hassle with luggage!
