Just a heads up:
Mammut have issued a re-equip (Retro Fit) on all their Mammut and Snowpulse bags from 2012 models to 2014 models, 2014 -2015 are not affected.
The clips are a self fit free of charge item on the tube that joins the cylinder to the Venturi system. As some social media has already try to say this is another recall I thought it best to get all the facts and options in place before posting, its an extreme rare occurrence that there will be any problems, but Mammut felt it wise to do a belt and braces approach to cover absolutely any eventuality.

@livetoski, my package turned up today - thank you. Unfortunately thanks to Royal Mail somehow the envelope had a hole in it, the plastic bag with the clip in it had a hole in it and.....no clip. It looked like it had been dragged from underneath something, the clip and caught on whatever it was and stayed behind 
I looked at the Mammut website and discovered that the Mammut agent/distributor is in Macclesfield - about 2 minutes from my office!! I'll go and see them Monday (meetings all day tomorrow) and see if they happen to have any. Otherwise I believe there is a Mammut shop in Chamonix so maybe they'll have one when I'm there later next week.

Still no clip, it has been nearly a fortnight since i completed the online form. I have emailed Mammut UK and had no response, I have emailed customer service @ Mammut.ch and had no response, I have messaged Mammut direct on FB and had no response. So is the "compulsory Venturi-Clip" really compulsory because if it is they have 3 days to get one to me. Appalling levels of customer service for such a high value item and could potentially be a very damaging for them if a bags fails to operate as designed, because they couldn't find the time to post me out a small plastic clip.

Got my clips yesterday, ordered last week on the 15th and arrived today (from Macclesfield).
