Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

This might come off as kind of a stupid question... but I was just wondering if you're likely to get laughed at if you ski in snowboard jacket/pants?

Won't make much of a difference to me performance or comfort-wise, but just wanna make sure I'm not committing a crime of fashion.

@cucumber, If your good enough you can pull anything off. Hell i ski in Spyder gear with a ruroc helmet all of which I should get laughed at for. Thing is I love the gear so:

1) I couldnt give a F*ck
2) im wearing a helmet so i cant hear
3) there is always someone worse wearing bogner
4) my skiing does the speaking, they dont laugh for long

The reality is people spend too much time worrying about others views in lift queues. You could follow the rules and worry about rule 4 or you could ignore that and impose rule 5 Toofy Grin

Rule #4... "If you're carving down the piste, then look suitably streamlined."

Not sure what being "suitably streamlined" entails... but are Roxy jacket + Burton pants (+ a silverfox tail) okay for carving? They make really cute outfits in pink. Embarassed

Most people wear WTF they want. Though recent experience of seeing the Mexican upper classes in their hideous logoed up Bogner suggests that money can't always buy style.

Probably not, but trousers would be better if it's cold.
