There are a couple of threads on TGR which might be worth a quick look. They scouted the couloir from the top and bottom, but only one guy actually skied it all the way through.
Apparently two other people have done the same line before (at least one of em on a snowboard  ), but their footage isn't out yet.

With such an obvious gully I am surprised he didn't meet any climbers coming up.

I thought the first image was perhaps a fake as in nature it seems difficult/rare to get such clear cut faces at what appears to be a uniform angle. Then I saw the video!
