Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Only a matter of time until Google is proved to be prescient beyond our wildest imaginations.
(if you believe the dozen "where is the snow" threads)

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

It's accurate as their season hasn't started yet?

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

@Levi215, @red 27, but how would pointing that out assist The Telegraph who is clearly using this "news" to plug their own ski resort snow reports (see bottom paragraph).

What's so wrong about it? It's been closed since spring!
But I guess maybe it's a US vs UK expectation thing? In the US, a lot of the mountains don't bother updating their website. So if you check their web stie, it's "Closed for the season" till they're ready to open again!

Google has already fixed it - they now say "Currently closed for skiing activities. Contact resort for updates."
I think it would be better (or at least more in line with most 's way of thinking) to say "Closed for the season" once it closes, and then replace that with "[2015] Season not yet started" from 1 July [2014]. With obvious tweaks for resorts offering summer skiing.
